 DEFINING THE OBJECTIVES

First, Projectorpoint gave us the brief for a design review. We looked at two end to end customer journeys in their existing website and then compared the same journey with their key competitors’ websites. Competitors ranged from a traditional B2B technology no-frills warehouse to companies offering more elegant B2C experiences. Our Design Review enabled them to establish what they were doing right, where they could learn from the competition and opportunities to innovate in the sector.

 UNDERSTANDING INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER NEEDS

Our persona workshop helped Projectorpoint understand their range of customers' differing requirements. Audio Visual Specialist, Installers, Office Manager and Home Cinema customers all have different needs, objectives and levels of technical understanding Projectorpoint needed to create an inclusive experience for.
